ViewPoints - 360 Video Project
Interactivity for Social Enterprise
On this project, I worked with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) to create immersive 360 videos that focused on community safety and anti-social behaviour among teenagers. The project was intended for educational purposes, targeting secondary students within Northern Ireland. Using 360 videos as the main media output would provide a more immersive experience for the students from the typical presentation style output that similar organisations use that many students are familiar with. My partner and I aimed to offer more insight into anti-social behaviour and support a more memorable experience for the students. Our project was a great success and we were awarded the 2023 Science Shop Award for our work. Unfortunately, I am unable to show the 360 Videos on this website as our community partners wanted the videos to be private and only accessible through participation. However, I may be able to present the videos upon request through my email laurenceadair25@gmail.com. I have linked my production log below which displays the progression of the project from the initial stages to the final outcome. In addition, I have also included a link to the community project website which displays the ViewPoints project.

Young Minds - Mockumentary Mini-Series
Interactivity, Research and Development (Major Project)
"Young Minds" is a mini-series in the style of a mockumentary that follows a group of friends at a house party. As the events of the night unfold, we begin to see how friends help each other cope with the mental health issues that they face. There are 3 episodes in the series and each episode deals with a different mental health issue that many young people face including panic attacks, anxiety and depression. This project really allowed me to practice and develop my skills as a filmmaker including writing and directing which I had never done before. I am very proud of the final outcome for my series and all that I achieved within the project.
