I was part of the National Youth Film Academy in London. During my time there, I was placed into a group of like-minded people where we created a short film which was a high-concept psychological thriller called 'Self '. I applied to the programme as an editor for the film but I also took on other roles such as 1st Assistant Camera, lighting and acting. Working on this film was an incredible experience where I got to create my first film, gain a lot of knowledge in the film industry and meet amazing and hardworking people.
Lowe's of Larne
Digital and Social Media Executive
During my placement, I first worked at Lowe’s of Larne which was a car dealership where I created video and graphic design content to promote their business and their newly formed business, Lucky 4U Competitions. I used social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to advertise their business as well as email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
